How Theory Shapes Health Campaigns
The group presentation seemed to be a little more difficult than expected for most of us. It made me realize how much time you really do need to invest in designing a campaign that will reach your target audience. It is fairly easy to see how a message/program can get looked over regardless of how much time and money are put into it if the message is not received or interpreted correctly.

Cecilia, You're right about exercise affecting blood pressure. I've kept a daily BP Log for over two years. Here are sample results before and after exercise, 30 to 34 minutes of cardiovascular doing intervals along the canal bank. This includes runs that usually last one or two minutes:
9-15-2007, Before Exercise:
7:01 a.m. 154/87 (L), Pulse 43
7:02 a.m. 141/80 (R), Pulse 45
9-15-07, After Intervals Training:
12:48 p.m. 117/66 (L), Pulse 64
12:49 p.m. 112/65 (R), Pulse 62
Your writing is interesting and informative. Thank you.
